Last of my antique finds!

Some more of my finds on my last trip!
I love finding things in their original boxes! This one is really super!
They stack together for storage!

The colors are awesome! They are snack trays, cup goes in the center and food all around the cup, you can hold onto the bottom easily for strolling around while you snack!

I was looking for more sheet music to make beads, what I found was this box of a complete set of music lessons for a xylophone! 50 sheets, it's almost too neat to cut to pieces!

Best part, it was only $5.00 for the entire box!

Metal painted storage unit for foil, wax paper and paper towels.

This is definitely the best buy of the entire trip!

The shape is even neat!

The condition is unreal!

It's a Samsonite suitcase!

I better get selling to make some room! I go again in 2 weeks!

My finds continued - antique shops

This cool thing is a tin toy!

Squeeze the handles together and the chickens peck at the bowl for food!
Super cute pig planter!

Cheese board with slicer still in box. Bakelite handle.

This is a gem! Ice bucket in cart.

These I'm keeping! Nice Fiesta bowls for only $4.00 each.

Bakelite handled kitchen utensils.

More of the same!

Clown cake topper picks.

Taking a break from my finds...

Does this just look like a mass of moldy moss?

Well, the first day of my trip, I stopped at The Craft Warehouse, which is always a mistake! Like I need more paper or more projects.
I saw this yarn and had to have it. I purchased two skeins and knitting needles and headed for the hotel.
The first evening, I was over halfway done with the scarf. I was in love. The second day of my trip, I went back to the craft shop and purchased two more colors.
I finished the first scarf the second evening and immediately started the second one.

This yarn is amazing! It has the feel of cashmere and you just want to bury your face in it!

The first scarf went the second my friend saw it, the second one is for a birthday present.

I have one more color to do, a Faded Jeans color and can't wait to get to it!

Last day of thrifting post

This is my last post of the thrift shop finds! Then I'll be moving onto antique shop finds.
How cute is this? Use it for recipe cards or business cards.
Yuck! I wouldn't use this to press hamburger!

Neat-o! What is it?

A Seth Thomas vintage travel alarm and it works!

Image my surprise when I found this one!

Then, I opened the lid and found 3 pieces of a matching canister set and salt/pepper shakers!

The best part???? I paid only $1.00 for the entire set!

I found this wonderful pillowcase from Grants.

These don't look like much, but once I iron them, they will look great! Two linen hand towels.

I think the bread box was the best thrift shop find! Stay tuned for some more great bargains I got!

More Thrifting!

Two sour cream containers with unusual patterns. It's always fun to find them with the lids!
Avon bunny candlestick holders.

Wire plate holder in old color.

Sometimes I wonder what possesses me and this is one of those times! Why did I buy this?

Three Monks that sing Joy To The World. Um. Okay...

And then there's times where I have a hard time parting with something. This is one of those!

At first I thought this was wrought iron but when I got it home and read what was left of the label on it, it's made from a "special ceramic".

Pretty cool tulip yard sprinkler!

Frozen food saw! Still in the original box.

Makes perfect sense! And yes, that is a Bakelite handle.

Thrifting continued!

I came home with so much stuff this trip, the trunk was full! You'll have to keep checking back because I'm saving the best for last!
Two Rubbermaid bowls in pink and aqua!
Wonderful plastic butter dish! Don't you just love it? I do!

Set of plastic duck measuring cups. I think it's missing one piece but still cool! I can see this lined up on a windowsill!

They nest nicely!

These were a fun find! I found the small one in one shop and the larger one in another shop!
Tupperware compotes!

The lid comes off and can be attached to the bottom as a stand or another compartment. These would be awesome for craft items on a table!

Ivory and orange potholder or dishcloth. Oh, so retro!

Enameled metal loaf pan with pattern!

Stay tuned for more!
