Well, yes, I did have company yesterday. But
still.
Just as we settled down with our coffee in the
afternoon, I say to my friend, will you take me over to Goodwill? She goes,
SURE! We gulp down our coffee and off we go. Why did I want to
go?
I was at this shop on Thursday and saw something
that wouldn't leave my mind. I had picked it up twice and put it back. Have
no idea why this stayed in my head for days but I had to see if it was still
there.
What was it that got inside my head?
Now, wouldn't this haunt you, too? LOLOL!
It really is a great piece, it's huge! It hangs
over 2' long!
I can't decide if I want to keep it or sell it. I
think it would make a cool door hanging but wonder if it would fade in the sun.
What do you think?
I think it is watching me.
One other thing I got is this hippo
piece.
I know this line because I have a few pig items.
Couldn't pass on this one for .97 cents.
Not bad for running through the store and getting
back in time to make more coffee!

LOL! That might call me back too! My DIL gave me a macrame kit and I am afraid to open it!!!! Maybe I should give it back for her birthday!!!! i could ask her to make it and give it back to me for my birthday! Sounds good to me! Seriously this blue owl is awesome!!!!!
LOL, what is the kit? A planter or something like that? I think you should do it and show it to me, I'd like to see it! But, your plan sounds good, too. LOLOL!
Open it, have her over and tell her you don't get the first part of it, can she help you out. Then, keep saying, I don't quite understand it yet, show me more and keep doing that until it is done. :o)
I hope you can find a special place for that wonderful owl!! He is a hoot. Sorry, I couldn't resist that one. The sweet hippo was just waiting there for you to take him home!! Oh, I can't leave without commenting on the flowers....they are lovely. What a nice guest to do that.
