A thrifting I went!

I think I've been suffering from cabin fever, so today I went out thrifting. And I'm glad I did!

Here's a few finds:

Rhinestone butterfly pin and the small rhinestones inside the wings make up flowers!Fire-on casserole! I've never seen a casserole like this one before!Ah, I'm such a Mickey Ho! This is stick the nose on Mickey! A party game but the graphics are so bright and wonderful, I wonder what the vinyl sheet looks like fully opened.I fell in love with this little bird statue. I have no idea what it is, at first, I thought it was an aquarium statue, but now I have my doubts. It's only painted on one side, what the heck, you can only see one side at a time anyway, why bother painting both sides!

Ever see something and you think, this is so ugly, it's cute? Well, this necklace falls into that category! It's like a spaghetti poodle! But it's a necklace. And ah, rhinestone eyes and nose!

All these items will be in my vintage shop soon, so stop by and view more photos.

I did purchase one item that I'm unable to part with just now. I jokingly said to my hubby that I bought this for behind the TV set and his first words were "oh, more junk". I pulled this lovely blue rubber textured "ball" with a happy face on it out of the bag and he changed his mind and said "Yep, that goes behind the TV!" It's a lamp! LOLOL! Another wonderful retro item and okay, when I'm done with it, it too will go into my shop but for now, it's mine!

No offense, but that has to be one of the ugliest dogs that I have ever seen! LOL!

Spaghetti poodle is the perfect description - maybe you should name him "wired". Great finds, but then, you always find some interesting and awesome things on your "thrifting" days.
