New items!

I've decided to expand my shop and try a few other items instead of all paper beads. I started out with mini notepads and have now added envelopes in three sizes. Here are some photos of the envelopes now in my shop. To see the full listings, please visit http://www.runswithscissors4.etsy.com/

I have two sets of Mary Engelbreit envelopes.

These have to be my favorite ones and I'm having a hard time parting with them! But I just don't use envelopes that much anymore and these are way too cool for bills! CLOWNS!

Also added Peanuts (not shown here) and Warner Bros.
Lastly, I did Where's Waldo envelopes! These are fun! Two of the envelopes have Waldo all over them and six of the envelopes you have to find him! Yep, he's there somewhere!

Latest Whatsit!

The hole below has a thin metal "clip" that moves out of the way to place something in the hole.

What do you think it is?

Thrifting!

Wow, I had a great day thrifting yesterday! It's funny how some days you go into the same shop and find absolutely nothing and then the next time you go in, you need a cart!

I found a Corningware skillet with the Friendship pattern, it's not easy to find. A Jadite mixing bowl in the swirl pattern, again, not the easiest to find! Also, another whatsit and I'll have to get photos of that on my blog to see if anyone can figure it out.

Now, I purchased two older ledgers for accounting purposes. They are so neat! I'm not sure if I'll sell them or make paper beads from them.

A green depression glass salad plate is now mine. Along with this HUGE industrial spool of yarn which I have no idea what I'll do with it and an older metal file box. And just for me, this awesome flannel shirt with retro cowboys on it! And a burnt orange Tupperware flour sifter!

I think that's everything...
